What do I get for €99 a month?

A complete, professional website — built, hosted, and looked after by our team, for one flat monthly fee. As the web changes, we keep your site fast and current the whole time you're with us. The only thing on top is a small one-time setup fee when you start.
 

Why pay monthly instead of buying a website once?

Because a website of this quality normally costs €2,500–€5,000 upfront, and then without additional spending, no one is maintaining it. The €99-a-month model spreads that cost into one predictable fee and includes everything that normally costs extra after launch: hosting, updates, security, support, and keeping the site fast. This structure allows your business to start generating revenue online without a large upfront investment.
 

Is €99 really all I pay? Are there hidden costs?

Yes, €99 ex. VAT a month is the same whichever option you choose. The only variable is a one-time setup fee based on how many pages you need: €100 for a single page, €200 for up to five pages, or €400 for six or more. After that, nothing changes on your bill unless you ask for additional work on the website. If you later want extra pages, they're €100 each; adding another language is the translation cost plus €100 setup. A few things sit outside the subscription — an online store, a booking system, logo design, or professional photography, for example, and we'll always tell you upfront if something falls into that category.
 

How fast will my website be ready?

Most websites go live in about a month from our first call, and a simpler single-page site can be quicker. The biggest factor is how fast you can get us your details and feedback and how many website pages are planned.
 

What if I don't like the design you create?

Then you don't pay. Before your site goes live, we design a prototype of one page and show you — you give feedback, and we adjust. If we still can't create something you're genuinely happy with, we cancel and refund everything. There's no risk in getting started.
 

Who owns the website and the domain?

Your domain is always yours — registered in your name, so you're never locked out of your own web address. Your content is yours too: your text, your photos, your logo. While you're subscribed, we own and maintain the code and design that runs the site, and you have full licence to use it — and that's precisely what keeps the price at €99 a month instead of a few thousand upfront. If you ever want to own the site outright, you can buy it out.
 

Am I locked into a long contract?

The subscription runs for a minimum of 12 months, then continues month-to-month — after that you can stop any time with 30 days' notice. The 12 months exist because we put real design and build work upfront to launch your site properly. And you're protected before it even begins: if you don't love the design, we refund everything (see above), so you're never committing to something you haven't seen and approved.
 

What happens if I cancel or stop paying — do I lose my website?

We'll be straight with you: because you're subscribing to a fully-managed website rather than buying one outright, the site goes offline if the subscription ends. We keep the site live for a short handover window after your final month, so nothing disappears overnight. And if you ever want to keep the site for good, you always have the option to buy it outright.
 

I already have a website — can you take it over and improve it?

Usually, yes. We'll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it's worth rebuilding from scratch. From there, we take over the hosting, maintenance, and updates, so one team is responsible for the whole thing instead of you chasing whoever built it years ago.
 

Can you build an online store or a booking system?

We can. But those go beyond the subscription — an online shop, a booking system, a customer login area, or any custom feature is a different kind of build. We do build them, but this work is quoted separately. Tell us what you need and we'll point you to the right option and give you the pricing information.
 

Do you handle the marketing too — ads, social media, SEO campaigns?

We do this for many of our clients, but it's a separate service. The subscription builds and maintains the website itself, with a solid SEO foundation so you start on the right footing. Active marketing — running ads, managing social media, ongoing SEO campaigns — is something we offer alongside when you're ready.
 

I don't have any text or photos. Can you still build my site?

Yes — copywriting is included, so we write texts for you based on your business, not the other way around. For images, your own photos usually work best and we'll guide you on what to send; where you don't have any, we use quality stock imagery (premium stock, if you specifically want it, is billed separately). You don't have to arrive with anything prepared.
 

How do updates and changes work after launch?

You email us, and we do it — usually within one to three days. A new phone number, a fresh photo, an updated price, a bit of new text? It's handled. Bigger jobs — a whole new section, a new feature, a full redesign — are new scope we'll quote first, but the everyday changes are simply part of the service.
 

Will my website actually show up on Google?

We build every site with a proper SEO foundation Google looks for — so you're set up to be found from day one. What a strong foundation can't do on its own is guarantee the top spot for a competitive search — that comes from ongoing SEO and content work, which we can run for you as a separate service.
 

Can my website be in Latvian, Russian, and English?

Yes — we work in all three, and we don't just translate word-for-word; we adapt the copy so it reads naturally in each language. The €99 covers your site in one language, and adding another is the translation cost plus a €100 setup. Most Latvian businesses start in Latvian and Russian, then add English if they serve customers abroad. If you want other languages to be added - we can do it, but you’ll have to manage the texts translation.
